The IRR’s presented on a “gross” basis do not reflect any management fees, carried interest, taxes and allocable expenses borne by investors, which in the aggregate may be substantial.  All IRR’s presented are annualized and calculated on the basis of monthly investment inflows and outflows.

As with all investments, there are associated risks, including loss of the entire interest. Prior to making any investment, a prospective investor should consult with its own investment, accounting, legal and tax advisors to evaluate independently the risks, consequences and suitability of any investment.
